How do I place an order?

Shopping at TheUltraComputer.com is easy and secure. All you need to do is go to the item you want to order, click on Buy It Now or Add to Cart, and then follow the steps.

If you prefer to order by phone, call us at 325-267-0024, Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm Central Time.

I have a question about my order – what should I do?

For questions about modifying, returning or cancelling your order, please contact us using the Contact Us page. We usually take from 2-24 hours to respond back to your request.

You can also give us a call at 325-267-0024 stating your first and last name, and your order number.

I am having difficulties placing an order – what should I do?

For technical difficulties, send us an email at support@theultracomputer.com with the subject “Urgent – Cannot place order” or you can call us at 325-267-0024. We may ask you questions about the page you see, error messages, what steps did you make, and what web browser/device are you using.

How do I track my order?

To track your order, go to “My Account” and click on View My Order.

Can you ship outside of the U.S?

The Ultra Computer can ship orders to most countries. However, free shipping is not available for our customers outside the U.S, and U.S. Territories. For more information, please visit our International Buyer page.

It has been more than a week since I placed an order, where is my package? (U.S. Only)

Mostly our orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days upon order completion. Unless it is mentioned in the description, sometimes we may take additional time to process your order but it should NOT take more than 14 days to be delivered to your delivery address. If you still did not receive your package within 14 days of placing your order, consider visiting your local Post Office. They may have it there, otherwise contact using our Customer Service page.

Why is sales tax applied to my order?

In accordance with Texas state laws, we are required to charge sales tax to customers whose shipping address is in Texas. The 8.25% Texas sales tax should be calculated at the time of checkout based on your shipping information.

Can I place a tax-exempt order on TheUltraComputer.com?

Unfortunately, tax-exempt orders cannot be placed on TheUltraComputer.com. You will have to call us at 325-267-0024, Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm Central Time.

Why do I have to pay in U.S. dollars?

Since we are located in the United States, most of our orders come from our customers inside the U.S. Adding to that, U.S. dollar is the most common currency worldwide. We will add other currencies when we see a raise in our international customers list.

Does TheUltraComputer.com store my credit card information?

We do NOT store credit card information in our server. All of our credit card transactions are securely handled by our payment processing partners; Square and PayPal.
