International Buyers Policy

1 - Shipping

1.1 - Can you ship outside of the U.S?

We can ship orders to most countries. However, free shipping is not available for our customers outside the U.S, and U.S. Territories.

1.2 - What methods do you use for shipping?

Right now we use U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail International, and USPS First Class Package International.

1.3 - How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We usually ship packages within 1-2 business days upon order completion. However, delivery estimation may vary depending on your country. Below is a list of delivery estimate based on our customers’ experiences:

Canada: 5-20 business days

Central America and the Caribbean: 6-21 business days

South America: 6-21 business days

Europe: 6-20 business days

Asia-Pacific Countries: 6-21 business days

South Asia: 7-21 business days

Africa and Middle East: 7-40 business days

2 - Payments

2.1 - What payment methods are accepted?

We support Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Union Pay, and PayPal for customers whose billing/shipping address in the United States and Canada. We support PayPal and all other major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover via PayPal for customers outside U.S. and Canada.

2.2 - Can I pay in my currency?

Unfortunately, we only support US dollars right now. We may add other currencies in the near future.

2.3 - Can I pay with cryptocurrency? (e.g. Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Ripple..)

Unfortunately, at this point in time cryptocurrency cannot be used as payment as the fees are simply too high and transactions too slow for it to be a viable option. We are definitely looking forward to accepting crypto in the near future when it becomes reliable as a source of payment.

2.4 - Are customs duties and import taxes included in the final price?

Any customs duties incurred must be paid by the purchaser and are not included in the sales price.

3 - Order Issues

3.1 - My order status was changed to “Under Review” – what should I do?

Customers whose shipping destination is in a high risk country, and order total exceeds US $500.00 and/or order contains high-value equipment will be automatically subject to review to prevent fraudulent transactions. Customers who matches these criteria will have to send us a scanned document of their government-issued ID with their sensitive information blacked out. Response should be made within 5 business days of the adjustment of status. Otherwise, the order will be automatically cancelled, and funds will be refunded.

3.2 - Why was order cancelled without any explanations?

Our fraud protection systems may detect high-risk/fraudulent transactions and flag them. If you believe your order was cancelled by mistake. Please contact us via the Contact Us form, we will respond back to you within 1-2 business days. We may ask you to verify with your government-issued ID or passport.
