Shipping & Returns
1.1 The Ultra Computer deliver products and /or services worldwide.
1.2 The Ultra Computer will deliver the products to the location designated by customer and agreed by the company.
1.3 The Ultra Computer provides prompt services. It is very reliable. Any dates quoted for delivery of products and /or services are approximate only and shall not form part of the contract. The Ultra Computer is not responsible for any delay in delivery caused by shipping companies.
1.4 International Buyers may experience delay due to customs regulations.
2.1 Turnaround: All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
2.2 Carriers: We use U.S. Post Service (USPS) to deliver our orders:
* USPS Priority Mail (U.S. Only)
* USPS First Class Package (U.S. Only)
* USPS Priority Mail International
* USPS First Class International Package
2.3 Order Tracking: If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
2.4 Shipping Rates: The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
2.5 Back Orders: If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
3.1 The Ultra Computer offers 30 days return policy.
3.2 Customers may return the merchandise if for any reason they are not entirely satisfied. The product must be in original condition. all of the manuals, diskettes, CDs, power cables and other items included with a product must be returned with it

3.4 The refund or credit will not include any shipping and handling charges shown on your invoice and any tax amount.
