Purchases of The Ultra Computer products and /or services are governed by the relevant terms and conditions as indicated below. The Customers acknowledge that they are aware of the contents of and agree to be bound by these policies. Please review the relevant terms and conditions carefully.
1.1 No Contract shall come into existence until the customer's order has been accepted and payment has been cleared. Customers will receive a confirmation e-mail within 1 business day.
1.2 The Ultra Computer reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if it suspects scam or fraud.
2.1 Unless agreed by The Ultra Computer in written, payment for the products and /or services including applicable taxes and shipping fees shall be made in full before physical delivery of products or services.
2.2 The Ultra Computer reserves the right to charge $45 late fees per month from the date on which payment was due until the date of actual receipt of payment.
2.3 Unless agreed by The Ultra Computer in written, prices are final and not negotiable. Promotions are usually available for limited time only.
2.4 International buyers should acknowledge that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional fees will be prior to bidding or buying.
3.1 The Ultra Computer deliver products and /or services worldwide.
3.2 The Ultra Computer will deliver the products to the location designated by customer and agreed by the company.
3.3 The Ultra Computer provides prompt services. It is very reliable. Any dates quoted for delivery of products and /or services are approximate only and shall not form part of the contract. The Ultra Computer is not responsible for any delay in delivery caused by shipping companies.
3.4 International Buyers may experience delay due to customs regulations.
4.1 Unless specified otherwise, all products and /or services come with 30 days standard warranty.

4.3 The warranty does not cover damage, fault, failure or malfunction due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, servicing not authorized, usage and/or storage and/or installation not in accordance with Product instructions, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, normal wear and tear, act of God, fire, flood, war, act of violence or any similar occurrence.
4.4 The Ultra Computer will honor any valid claim that is received within 30 days of the date of invoice.
4.5 The Ultra Computer will repair, replace, or refund the money, once the customer return the products and shows proof of delivery to the Ultra Computer facility. Such proof can be Tracking number.
5.1 The Ultra Computer offers 30 days return policy.
5.2 Customers may return the merchandise if for any reason they are not entirely satisfied. The product must be in original condition. all of the manuals, diskettes, CDs, power cables and other items included with a product must be returned with it
5.3 Customers must complete Return Authorization Form within 30 days of the date of invoice for replacement, credit, or refund. http://www.theultracomputer.com/return_customer_service.php
5.4 The refund or credit will not include any shipping and handling charges shown on your invoice and any tax amount.
6.1 Neither party shall be liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the party so delaying, and such party shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.
7.1 The Ultra Computer has the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.
7.2 The Ultra Computer can at any time, without notice, modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to its website or to any part thereof; and/ or modify or change its website, or any part thereof; and/or interrupt operation to perform maintenance, error correction or other changes.
